I recently became the beneficiary of a fine charcoal smoker and decided that my first attempt should be a smoked salmon. I was a little worried that I would turn this beautiful fish into uneatable shoe leather, but I was game for a culinary adventure.
We are a group of friends, and friends-of-friends. Home cooks who like to make tasty food. We each have different experience levels and interests. Some of us are separated by 850 miles, and some by only seven. When it comes right down to it though, we all like to cook and we like to eat... and that's more than enough to build a friendship on.
